Shipping policy
- We primarily ship via FedEx and UPS, depending on the destination. On rare occasions, we may use USPS.
- Once your order is handed over to the carrier and the tracking information is uploaded, the risk of loss or delay transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for any issues that arise once the package is in transit.
- We provide automated tracking updates. If a customer claims a non-delivery, we will provide the tracking evidence to support the delivery.
- Any disputes or chargebacks citing non-receipt will be contested with proof of tracking and delivery confirmation provided by the carrier.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
